Lifting lockdown

The last year has been such a difficult time, but now it looks as if lockdown is really lifting. We will post new Easy Read guides on here as soon as they are available.

Some people of very excited about getting out and about - but other people might be feeling anxious about being around a lot of people and (another) change in routine.

Here are a few links to the NHS website - Every Mind Matters:

> Tips to cope with anxiety about lockdown lifting - nhs.uk/every-mind-matters/c...

> The main Every Mind Matters webpage - nhs.uk/every-mind-matters/

Please share any other ideas or information that helps with your mental health - it would be great to hear how you are getting on.
