Enquiring about financial support.

Hi I have a son with SLD and Autism. I have to move to be closer to family 12 miles. Does anyone know of any funding or people charities etc that could help me with moving home. I am I’ll and my son needs family support due to his complex needs. Any ideas would be really appreciated.

There are a number of organisations that offer grants - you can search some of them here on the Turn 2 Us website - turn2us.org.uk/get-support/...

If you get benefits you will need to make sure that any additional money doesn't affect them.

Adult Social Services (at your local council) may be able to help - it would be worth asking. I can see that some councils offer support with this sort of costs.
