New survey - share your experiences of getting support from social care

Hello everyone,

Are you a family member of someone with a learning disability?

Do you and your loved one get support from social care?

We'd like to hear about your experiences of getting support from social care during the second COVID-19 lockdown in England.

We'd also like to hear from families in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Share your experiences confidentially in our new survey to help bring about change.

If you completed our first survey back in June, we'd be grateful if you would also complete this follow up survey, as we'd like to know how things are for you now.

Thank you - and do let me know if you have any questions about this survey.

All the best,

Victoria (Campaigns Officer)
