Hello

There are been quite a few posts recently from people who have lost someone. I wanted to let you know about GriefChat which is available on Mencap's website - mencap.org.uk/advice-and-su...

You can chat directly to a specially trained bereavement counsellor. You can remain anonymous or provide your name, whichever you prefer.

It is free.

Just go the webpage above and a box will pop up (in the bottom right of your screen) and you can just type in there.

GriefChat is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 9pm (or by email out of these hours to info@griefchat.co.uk).

There is also an easy read guide here - mencap.org.uk/sites/default...

I hope this helps if this is something you are facing.

Best wishes

Sarah
