Hi everyone

We are helping Healthwatch with some research they are doing looking coming home from hospital (discharge) during the coronavirus pandemic.

If you or someone you support has a learning disability, and has had to be admitted to hospital during the coronavirus pandemic (since 1st March 2020), we would love to hear from you about your experiences.

For family carers the link is here: smartsurvey.co.uk/s/CZ8U7L/

and for people with a learning disability the survey is here: smartsurvey.co.uk/s/7M0HLA/

The surveys will be up for 1 week only - until Thursday the 20th of March.

Many thanks!

Sarah
