Hi, I'm Laila from the Wills & Trusts Service. I'm stopping by to let you know about Mencap's Planning for the Future seminar dates hot off the press today! Find them at: mencap.org.uk/willsandtrust...

These are hugely important seminars. Leaving money directly to a person with a learning disability could cause them to lose their means tested benefits & support package. Leaving no provision at all may also affect their entitlement. We want the best possible lives’ for everyone with a learning disability, both now & in the future.

At the free seminar you will hear about the solutions from a specialised solicitor, alongside us at the Wills & Trusts Service.

If you have any questions or want to talk through your situation we're a friendly team & would love to help. You can give Gina a call on 020 7696 6925, email us willsandtrusts@mencap.org.uk or look at our website.

If anyone has already been to a seminar would be great to hear what you thought of it. Please do share below! 

Thank you for the information Laila. I've booked myself onto a local session as my daughter is 15 now.
