Hi Kelly,

Not sure how to access “Young Adults with Melanoma” so I haven’t read his post. Hope all is going well. I know you are in the same state as I am from a prior conversation, and I wanted to make sure you knew about a new Hospital Patient Rights law that went into effect on October 19, 2019. The first part is common sense, but #s 11 thru 20 are specific, and we advise patients to keep a copy in their wallet or purse. Most patients do not know that they have these rights, and it’s good to know what they are and to have them handy in case you are asking for something that you are entitled to, and for some reason are not getting it. I wish you and Ryan the best and hope treatment continues to be of benefit. Here’s the link to the 24 patient rights he is entitled to: marylandpatientrights.org

Wow that link was awesome thank you! I am going to print that out and keep it! If you search through heath unlocked you can access different health issues, type in the search bar young adults with melanoma! :)
