Hello,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a psychologist specialising in ME? I am in London but willing to travel.

Many thanks 😀

Hi, I did see a Clinical Psychologist who had experience of helping people manage long term conditions, but she no longer works for our local NHS. I found her really helpful at a time when I was finding it difficult to manage due to a worsening of symptoms. Your local ME group may be able to help. You can find information from the ME Association or Action for ME.

Just to add.....I found my local Gloucestershire support group by checking on the ME Association website. It's marvellous to have found and some very knowledgeable members in my town 💐
