I have had fibromyalgia for 25 years, but never such coldness which makes me want to hide in bed for warmth.

Hi SC, I know that 45 per cent of our body heat goes up out of our head. I wear wool. Hat. Gloves. Socks. Scarf. Indoors as needed. It works. For me. It keeps me warm. When I'm hot I remove them.

I've had cold feet for many years and was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's. Socks and hot water bottle help. Often use a blanket when sitting in my chair. I use a body warmer indoors too. Once I get cold it takes me a while to get warm again.
