Hi, I'm so sorry you're suffering. If you don't have loved ones nearby could you reach out to a neighbour perhaps. Most people are delighted to help out someone in need. My local residents association are available to contact for help and support, do you have something like that?

You could contact your Dr and see if there are any volunteers that can bring it. There are many local sports clubs who are volunteering during the covid crisis.

If you live in Ireland you can contact your local GAA club for assistance.

I hope you get sorted and maybe try and organise with the pharmacy/Dr that you don't be left without the appropriate treatment for any length of time.

Ask your pharmacy if they do deliveries?

I tried pharmacy2u as well as it comes through your letterbox.

They get order from GP and make sure you always are kept up to date, they do it all for you.

I have huge amounts of medication and they got a bit mixed up with mine so i gave up in the end but if you don't have loads of meds its worth a try and stops anxiety of getting repeat.

Stay well and take care

😊😊
