Yeah, its very common with ME.

Colloquially often known as brain fog. Yes - unfortunately too often!

For example, my final year at uni was tough going thanks to my CFS symptoms - physical and mental.

Although get brain fog significantly less frequently since I’ve been following a dairy free, low-carb diet.

Sadly, all the time 😰 I’ve gone gluten free, low carb, vegan diet too. Running out of things to try 🤦‍♀️
