750m swim 13mile bike 5k run. Sprints are the shorter distances.

You're brave Windoze , I'm an appalling swimmer and haven't cycled for years, so even the thought of a triathlon intimidates me. Good luck for your training!

Bit of a delay on the reply 🤣 straford upon avon sprint triathlon! Pool swim for my first. Its a while off yet! May 2022 so plenty of time to work on not drowning, not crashing and not collapsing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
