Went on a lovely trail up the local mountain this morning with one of my friend’s from club. Really enjoyed it. Beachcomber66 ’s back garden. The weather was perfect and the views were stunning. 381m elevation over 10.8k, not to be sniffed at 🤣
We need a VRB meet up one day to run this 😊 All welcome. We have plenty of other ‘must do’ trail runs too 👌🏽

Tbh it was mainly a walk for us. I did a half marathon (17 miles) here last year which included a double ascent of this hill and it was 80% walking 🤣

Ohh see my train of thought is now thinking I need to get a trail run in at least once next week Tasha99, my trails are like yours literally just outside the front door, too often I just head for the towpath, next week 🤞trails it is may have to get the nightshifts out of the way first but I'm there 👍

That Tasha99 was just the tonic Ian needed today, I kinda dislike my non running ( restdays) but that run over a sublime elevation way to go girl amazing.....👍 That vrb run suggestion is a great thought to hold onto, whenever the situ allows it'd be a great event.....
