Anything that shows me I’m not alone in feeling tired mid way through is great support. You still can’t beat the feeling of finishing though!

Really hard to choose, but I love following people’s preparation and then reading about their triumphs (and sometimes disappointments) when it comes to their big day and celebrating with them!
As well as learning how it feels, I like a good read. Just wish I had more time to read them all, comment and ask questions.
Invited ‘They inspire me’ because of all the others- getting so excited for my VRBs and finding out about other events drive me on. Reading about others’ experiences help me and of course I just love a good old read- especially if it’s about running! Great poll. Thank you Roseabi 🌹

Lovely to hear others experiences: good, bad or indifferent. Soemtimes they make me reconsider my own running goals, and they always make it feel like part of a running community.

in addition...they are inspiring (no plans to run a marathon and have awe for those that can) and love a good read 
It helps keep me motivated when I know I'm not the only one who can struggle in an event. It adds to the sense of camaraderie - we might run on our own, but thanks to this Forum we never run "alone"
