I'mean still on my streak from Jan 1st, so I do run every day. Some days, though, I do only run for a couple of miles and I do try to mix up my run types ( intervals, slow recovery runs, temporary runs etc)

I run every day too but I dont beat myself up if I just cant get out!! Well done you, it does feel good doesnt it? I do 1 mile runs in the week too just to stretch the legs!!!

Can't fit in more than twice a week although sometimes at a stretch it's three. I need recovery time and also time for my other sport, swimming.

I do three runs - two with a speed or stamina focus and one long. Also an outdoor circuit class once a week, plus cycling to work 3-4 times a week ( not that far it must be said - maybe 2-3 miles each way!).

Three times a week here.

I normally run every other day, so 3 one week, and 4 the next!

I managed a 76 day streak over the Summer but I'm still not sure it was necessarily good for me. I generally run four times a week, with the occasional extra bonus run on Fridays.

Mostly 4 runs a week these days. Occasionally 3. Trying to fit in two easy-paced runs (one long, one short) alongside parkrun (tempo run/PB attempt) and either a hills/interval session per week.

It's good to see that most of you also run 3 times a week :)
