cold all the way for me, ideally about 5 degrees....

Yep, I'm with ju-ju, no more than 6 degrees is perfect, I don't mind a little minus to start with, but not too much, ice is a no no - although frost etc., means I can go off road......😄

Certainly got my PB's in cold weather, but really enjoy a warm spring or autumn day for a leisurely run.

I love training in hot weather, but it does slow me down when I'm racing.

I agree... cold for PR and long run (10-15 degrees) but I love running in the hot weather (I am Italian after all ... )

I like warm about 10c for me, but i would rather is colder then hot like 20+

Last winter in UK was perfect for me, I don't think it went below 6C, or above 12C before I left in March. That range is perfect. I don't mind the cold, or rain, not keen on wind, but the heat here in France is getting to me this year and it's not even particularly hot this year either.
