If anything they put me off a bit as well as pictures with a motivational saying.

I don't mind them but they don't motivate me because I know I'll never look anywhere near that fit 😀

Beach body has all sorts of stuff on you tube and it's not all muscles in your spit stuff. Body builders don't like running as it makes us too thin for their liking but some of the floor exercise stuff they do is relevant to us. I do Jillian Michaels dvd's at home and they help my strength and fitness. I am nearly 60! They have also helped me lose fat and tone up ☺ We can all do something 💪

Do you mean the blog at beachbody.com? It is a new one on me, but I do read many similar, and sometimes find them interesting and useful. I use a different trainer (online subscription), but similarly to Miss W I have found the workouts (barre in this case) great for strength. The most inspiring things I have read were books by ultramarathoners, especially Born to Run; most recently I have enjoyed Ultramarathon Man by Dean Karnazes. I'm mostly motivated by the joy of it all, but I do like getting muscles too :D

I had to Google them. No that doesn't look like my cup of tea, it sounds like a bit of a con, no one can achieve those results in 25 mins, and I wouldn't want to look that muscly anyway,
