Really? Hasn't everyone done this you go out for a few beers and end up going out all night staying on a friend's floor and then start again the next day? OK I haven't done that in a long time.
Or the time you go to a music festival and just get carried away.
Maybe it's just me.
It's important to have clean underwear on just in case you have to take your trusers off in public
On a run day, by the time I get home, get bathed etc, it's often about midday. I'm usually in my jim-jams by about 7 PM, I reckon it's ok to wear everything again!
Never never wear running gear again, straight in the wash for that!
