ju-ju- i love the polls. but on this one i did choose other as i haven't noticed any difference to any of them.

Sleep definitely - I've never slept well, unfortunate as I am married to a champion sleeper - poor Baldy I must drive him bonkers....Running has made a real difference, a bit of a catch 22 when I'd really like to get up early to run...
