Keytruda and COVID-19

Hi it’s been a year since I have posted. Due to Keytruda, my husband has reached total response! What a year it has been! Now I am quarantined in our home scared to death of this virus. I want to know about the immune systems reaction to this virus while on Keytruda? Can someone explain why it’s dangerous?

Do ask your doctor but my biggest concern would be pneumonitis caused by the Keytruda. It would weaken the bodies ability to respond to any respiratory infection.

Yes I am sure you are correct! I was really wondering if the immunotherapy causes the system to be put on “ overdrive “ from the virus and so the immune system would cause pneumonia very quickly??

I’m on keytruda and on my fourth dose and I’m also quarantined, it scares me to death to think of leaving the house with my right lung gone two

Out there lives RS. I think after 4 weeks and gets hit it will kill the disease because sun will kill it, so I say just be very careful and with for heat
