Had another CT scan today. I am still in remission. Going on three years now. Santa can skip our house this year. I have already gotten my present. I may have other health issues (my autoimmune disease and other little problems I inherited from my parents), but all that can just fade into the background as I celebrate “today.” What would make this Christmas a really special one for me? Knowing that a cure has been found for lung cancer and all of you have happy futures ahead of you!
Hugs,
Judy

Great news Denzie. I, too, am on a six month schedule. The doc thinks that my slow growing nodules are actually breast cancer that metastasized to my lungs and anastrazole is keeping it under control. Here's hoping he is right. Had a lumpectomy three months prior to the lobectomy. Never got radiation because they discovered the lung tumor and treatment shifted to the adenocarcinoma, so it makes sense. Will see him in January and go from there.
