Quite possibly. You must see your GP, and contact your Lymphoedema Clinic to get advice - there are a few treatment options and any 'changes' should be checked out ASAP.

Have you been doing anything different lately that may have caused this? Exercise? Manual labour? Are you under stress? Are you using compression garments or a pneumatic compression device?

My (non medial) view is that there is a possibility they are linked. If you have not already done so I suggest you contact the Lymphoedema Support Network as they will have some information.

Hello Yally,

I have had Lymphedema in both my legs for less time than you and do not have any testicles, being a female. Maybe that is the cause but more important, PLEASE go and get it checked out by someone from the medical profession. This is a good site for support but not for getting diagnosed.

You really must see your doctor and lymphoedema specialist about this Yally. once you know what is going on you should try the lympha-press for your bilateral lymphoedema. NNE

Hi Yally,

I could say SNAP! Lol!, except I have in both legs but my right testicle is affected! In addition it seems to be creeping up into my torso too . . . starting to feel like the Michelin Man - no joke is it? Would strongly recommend you go to see a Lympho specialist if possible or your GP at least.

Keep safe & strong.

Cheers

Hello Yally,

Sounds very likely it is linked. In my experience GPs knowledge is very limited but if you can get a referral to the nearest Lymphodema clinic that would be much better. My Lymphoedema nurse tells me she often sees male patients with swellings in the groin, testicles and penis so you're definitely not alone. Don't me embarrassed as they have seen it all before :)

I would definitely get it checked out, a swelling there could be something else e.g. testicular cancer

Get your testicle checked out with your GP urgently, Could be cancer!!!!
