My Lightheadedness and dizzyness

I had my Tele visit with my pulmonologist today. I am going to the office on Friday for a walking/oxygen test. It looks like I will be going on oxygen! I am bummed but he seems to think it is needed.

Prior to covid, I went to the clubhouse in my 55+ community, 3 times a week. I went out to eat with family and friends. I am concerned this will limit me once things get back to normal. It is better now with the purse like machines that are charged for 3 hours. The home machine is loud and you have that long tube that allows you to walk all arround. Not looking forward to it but I do want to feel better.

I only just saw this, I'm so sorry. Well that's not fun, but if it helps it's what you need, and at least you don't have to worry about side effects. 😘

Are you on the oxygen now? How are you getting on?

As it turned out, I passed the stress test and am not going on oxygen.

I am going for a breathing test tomorrow. I continue to get short of breathe. To qualify for oxygen your level must be 88 or less. Even though I was huffing and puffing I did not go below 93.

I am riding my stationary bike for 30 minutes a day and am hoping that helps me.

Thank you for your response and for .asking
