I’ve asked this question to myself a lot bc when I search on the internet , it doesn’t tell me the exact food that I can’t eat.

Have you been diagnosed by an allergist with specific food allergies? If so, those are the foods you should not eat. Also it is important to read food labels very carefully EACH TIME before you buy something (ingredients change) in case something you are allergic to is being used in some amount and some form in that product. For example it is now virtually impossible to purchase a processed food without some form of corn or soy in it.

You should be careful about seeking any kind of health or medical advice on the “Internet.” There is no authority that regulates what is published there - so a website can claim that eating nothing but sweet potatoes and carrots will give you a “natural tan” when the truth is that if you have fair skin and overeat any foods containing that much betacarotene, your skin will start turning orange. You will also possibly face kidney damage or otherwise hurt yourself.

If you have been diagnosed with asthma, talk to a doctor — ideally one specializing in treating it, like a pulmonologist or an allergist.
