Does anyone know how often you should have allergy testing done? I have allergic asthma. I read that your allergies can change over time (I'm sensitive to lobster and shrimp but the other day I had a reaction to salmon).

If you had a recent reaction, ASAP. If not, yearly is the recommendation and should be seen by an allergist.
