Some people say that places like Arizona or new Mexico are best because the have very low humidity. It really depends on what your asthma triggers are. Do you know what triggers your asthma?

Hi! I am Sherrye, and I am 57. I have had Severe Asthma since age 2. I have lived in the north, with snow an ice. I have lived in West Texas, with Sandstorms, and I now live in Houston, with heat, humidity, and smog. I had bad Asthma all three places. I don't think there is a safe haven for Asthmatics, unless in a bubble, maybe.
