Never tried it but heard others that have and recommend it , could do with something even stronger though at the moment x

I haven’t tried it but someone at a health food store gave me some free samples. I haven’t tried it yet because I know sometimes it can be dangerous to mix herbal remedies with chemical medications. I would check with my doctor first... which comes to another issue.. I bet a normal doctor won’t even know. You would prob have to find a doctor that specializes in both or has the knowledge. Also just check online for a quick answer. I heard it works good but I don’t know. I should prob look into it and a bunch of other better ways to cure my anxiety without drugs... since I have plenty of time right now... not working 🦠

It srarted messing with my sleep so I went off of it. Maybe u r right it could be messing with other medications.

Yeah def research up on it. The mixing can prob do weird things

I did try one brand. It worked for two days and then stopped working. Now I can't find a good brand that works... I've tried three since and none of them have done the same as the first one did

Interesting, best to you in finding what works. I went off of it because i think it was causing sleep disturbances

Which brand did you try? The one I currently have is by Together brand

Oh it’s amazing India brand , says it’s organic.
