Hi
It’s good to get to know people by posting and replying. Over time it helped me have those that I chat to in private messages on occasions.
I’ve never used the chat facility hope someone comes along that knows more and can guide you.
I like to get to know people first. See what is posted and replies etc..
As with all forums there can be some who aren’t so genuine so I like to get to know people on the open form first ..

Hi there,
Click the word Chat up at the top of the screen, then click the Compose button over on the right of the screen. Start typing in a user name until you can select it from the popup list, then type your message and hit Send.
You'll see a notification at the top of the screen when someone replies to you, and you can always see all of your chats whenever you click Chat at the top of the screen.
