Does anyone ever feel like their chest is heavy? I’ve heard it’s an anxiety symptom..

My body gets really hot and dizzy feeling, numbness in my body ,chest pain, sometimes it’s hard to breath have to take deep breathes through out the day. It’s a lot lol 🤦🏾‍♀️

Yes it is not very pleasant mine ate strange legs and funny sensayions feel like I'm going to die
