Does anyone ever just feel dizzy out of nowhere and feels like you about to faint?

I do when my blood sugar is low or when I’m so anxious I can’t breath well

I do, but it doesn't make me feel faint. I've done so much research into this it's ridiculous...If you haven't seen your family doctor about this yet and you want to, may I suggest you first ask yourself exactly what the dizziness feels like so you can describe it to your doc. Then think about when it happens, is it related to eating? Postural changes? Water intake? Environmental temperature? What other symptoms have you noticed when it happens? Feeling of faintness is making me suspect that low blood pressure could be an issue for you. Also could be vaso vagal if it is triggered by something that frightened you. Also try the hyperventilation test to see if it mimics your symptoms ( Google it). If it does you could be hyperventilating and not even realize it and this could be causing your dizziness. BPPV causes the room to spin for up to one minute with each change in head position, then it disappears. If this is how you feel then you could have crystals that have dislodged in your ear and there are positional maneuvers to put them back in place ( Google Brandt Darroff excercise). Hope this helps.

You're welcome!

I have felt this many times before. But for various different reasons. Most of the time it's because I don't drink enough water. I really do try to drink more but I prefer soft drinks or juice. Even still I don't think much of that either (not that they're very good for me too!). Other times it's following a panic attack, when I've had a long burst of energy, my blood sugar tends to fall and I sweat a lot. But now I know that it's because of that, I usually grab an apple or eat something to bring my sugar levels up.

What do you think yours is caused by? Once you know - it'll be less scary when it happens because you will know what you have to do to prevent it.
