Do anyone experience soft/weakness body all in the sudden and worry that yourself will faint? I felt that yesterday when during a session with my client, I’m a personal trainer.

I’ve had anxiety symptoms which include rapid heartbeat being lightheaded or dizzy and feels I am falling through the ground, comes with fear of fainting.
