Settle in the here and now

Settle in the here and now

Reach down into the center

Where the world is not spinning

And drink in this holy peace

Feel relief flood into every cell

Nothing to do

Nothing to be

But what you are already

Nothing to recieve

But what flows effortlessly from the mystery

Into form

Nothing to run from

Or run toward

Just this breath

Awareness knowing itself as embodiment

Just this breath

Awareness waking up the truth

I don't get over here often. I'm sad I had to wait a day to read it. But, I'm tickled pink you wrote something. If you could see me, you'd see me grinning from ear to ear....You shine as bright as the north star, you shine so bright 'cause that's who you are....It doesn't matter the time of year, your light shines through crystal clear....In a world filled with pain and sorrow, you bring us hope for a brighter tomorrow....So, keep being the brightest light we'll ever see and shine on for all eternity!!! ....(I couldn't help it, I had to my BFF!!)
