Hello Cat, I take 200mg of Zoloft and have for years. I originally started on prozac but it didn't help and switched to Zoloft. The only side affect I had was some mild sexual dysfunction. I also take Buspar which is better for anxiety, at least for me. I'm looking at tapering off of the zoloft in the near future.
