I do my best to show kindness and I am not sure why we come across people that don't because I think when you try and be kind not only do you hopefully help others it helps you to

That's so true I was in a chemist waiting for my prescription yesterday when an elderly man started to chat I had his life story but I realised that he probably went home and might not see anyone for days he told me his partner had died of cancer He said he was sorry for holding me up but I said no it was lovely to listen to him He touched my hand and said Bless you dear Now that made me feel great and he felt better for talking If everyone showed a bit of kindness what a better place this world would be We don't know what others are going through Thanks for sharing the lovely thought Hope ❤
