Nice to meet you & even though you have briefly posted with what seems a lot to cope with you still look like a really friendly happy person in your picture , even though I know when we are suffering with anxiety we can put a what I call mask on to the rest of the world to hide how we really feel inside
If you need anyone to relate to anxiety you have found the right community to offer support from members that will know exactly how you feel

the heat is killing me!! my photophobia is a conditon, allergic to light, i have to ware prescribed dark lenses, conditon is get over hot, the sick, then migrain, then passout, then in a dark room, 12 pills a day for that one. so not coping well, thats why i cant go abroad. having my hair dyed back blond, didnt like the red i did to cover my slate grey. hair dresser put on, leave for 50 mins and then wash of. its a new one that holly wiloby on the suprice suprice has. will see, noing my luck it will go green or my hair will fall out again, but thats due to stress, my internet is my main support, i am on mainy support pages for all my various aliments, some weired and not heard of, but true and other people have them, so not alown. hope you ok, its been a low 2 weeks, not gone craft or councling. tried to take my life with overdose, but stoped myself.

Oh Emma this must make things very difficult for you but well done copying so well even though I can see you get low which is understandable but you must have some very strong inner strength there because you deal with this better than I think you give yourself credit for & you should give yourself some credit for how you manage things
I am really glad you have all the on line support you need for your conditions , it helps to know you are not alone & others understand how you are feeling
I will keep my fingers crossed that your hair turns out nice & nothing goes wrong

hairs orange just my luck, ezema on arms and eyes killing going for sleep, had enough today

Oh dear ......but I have a friend that always likes hers orange or red sometimes these different colors can suite a lot of people

Hello Emma , not to bad thank you , feel a little tired though but could be all this heat making me feel like that
Yes it is dull here today , slightly cooler but still warm , I think next week could be a cooler week for us so that may help anyone that struggles with this heat we have just had

The Samaritians can also be reached by text message on: 07725 909090 it does work as I contacted them last week-sometimes you just need someone to listen in the dead of night when everyone else seems to be snoring & even the birds haven't woken up!!
It's the survivors that stay and the quitters that quit!! Stay strong. Try to find at least one thing each day that has made you happy, or just lifted ur mood-if you write it at the end if the day-you'll be amazed how looking back on that info can really help.
