Try some more natural medicine like Magnesium Complete and Rescue Remedies. I am so opposed to synthetic drugs, especially when they can be addictive. My dad always told me...positive mind, positive attitude. Look at your daily schedule, dietary intake and exercise routine too. I hope this helps...:) x

Thank you! It did. I did some deep breathing and actually ended up falling asleep.

Cool bananas! It is really mind over matter and you are only keeping the government in pocket, with your prescription pills. I do spiritual work...so some suggestions for you. You can burn some white sage and clear your aura with it...I do a criss-cross action from the floor to over my head, both ways, side to side and front to back. Ask for cleansing, protection and I say Love, Peace and Harmony etc. Visualize yourself immersed in pure white light. Burn some incense and or aromatherapy oils. Mediation with some lovely soft music in the background, eg American Indian, Indian and or Asian music, pan flute...anything calm and soothing, Tai Chi is good for you to learn, prayer which is very powerful, before you go to sleep and when you wake up. ( I use the Lord's prayer ) Lastly where and when you sleep...cover and or remove mirrors, televisions and or computers. They can be portals for spirits, to step through and disturb you at any time, especially while you are asleep. Take some baby steps and believe me, you will see and feel change. Have a lovely and positive day!...:) x
