Hi
I have seen you have done two posts & you have a couple of replies on your other one
I know with the time difference you may have to wait a little while when it comes to the replies as quite a few of us are in the UK but just wanted to let you know I had read your post
I suffer a lot with sinus infections & yes they make you feel dreadful & quite ill which always makes my anxiety rise & I should take my own advise here when I say rest & it will pass , drink plenty of fluids
Everything always feels 100x worse when I am not very well & to be honest I make lousy decisions to when I am unwell so maybe until you are feeling a little better all these thoughts you have running around at the moment try & let them go till you are feeling better you will be in a better position to think them through
Hope you are feeling a little better. when you have aches and pains and flu type symptoms you can really feel down and you just feel like not doing anything. As Why why suggested have lots of fluids and try and rest. I find a hot water bottle can help.
