Hi everyone,

I have splints but I find them difficult to put on and I'm not sure if I need to wear them.

Do all adults with cp wear splints?

I wore splints up until 18, then stopped until I was about 25, personally I prefer wearing them. I find the greater support around my ankles more comfortable, and have a better standing posture with them.

I have also found that doing a lot of the same exercises I did when I was younger helpful, and night splinting too, I wear leg gaiters to help stretch out which really helps.
