Lyme Disease missed

So, I got bit by what I call small fleas/mosquitoes. I know what a tick looks like. I developed a silver dollar sized red “bite” I took 50 mg Benadryl and it went away. Several days later my right breast(male) became red & enlarged. First Dr said it’s nothing, saw different one off for a mammogram. Got letter from “Breast Cancer “ center. Radiologist did ask” did Dr check for Lyme. So back to Dr for Western Blot year. Yes, Lyme disease. Point is time was missed and damage done until put on doxycycline. One has to advocate for observe it seems and keep pushing. To my knowledge a tick had to be on one at least 24 hours. I certainly understand anyone with Lyme disease and wish well
