New, scared, and alone

Here for support, advice. Have no diagnosis of anything. Doctor not listening to me....had dull discomfort on both sides, which just since December had become constant and somewhat more uncomfortable as well. Nevwr had anything other than very mildly elevated LFTS back in May 2020....ALT/ AST...49/24. Otherwise, they've been normal. December 2020...same LFT'S....15/ 15. Have been experiencing thyroid related problems the better part of 2020. Doctor goes by my TSH being normal....therefore doesn't feel I have a problem. He's not listening at all! Had a U/S and abdominal CT scan back in January 2021......both unremarkable in every way. Nothing found abnormally at all!! I've been eating organically healthy since this all started last January. I was eating quite healthy even before then. I'm scared....I have my whole life ahead of me including a breast augmentation this year, as I'm a 54 year old transfemale, but im close to giving up all hope....my life! I have a specialist appointment in March with a gastroenterologist. I've read conflicting reports as to my dietary suggestions. Someday, I feel as though it doesn't matter what I eat...I know its healthy......but.....
