I have been supplementing with Alpha Lipoic for over 5 years. I have had the TIPPS procedure due to bleeding verices.
I, too, have done extensive study of beneficial supplements for my liver.
Other supplements, in addition to my prescriptions, allows me a normal lifestyle.
Proper food intake, moderate exercise and a good BMI complete my lifestyle. I am 71 years old.
