Blood results

I am new to this forum,but I am a member of a couple of the others.

The reason I'm here is I've been sent for so many blood tests recently,I'm beginning to get worried. I thought I had it sorted, but I'm not so sure now.

Can anyone tell me how I put my blood results on the forum for people to read.?? Or do I have to write them in.
