Can MCAS cause a reaction to a non contrast MRI?

I had long covid, then my body overreacted badly to the vaccine.

I had already had new intolerances, menstrual changes, tiredness...

But after the jab by whole GI system was hyperreactive to foods, and I was extremely unwell with malaise, some tingling and a host of other symptoms.

I had an MRI without contrast, it made my already reacting nerves get much worse in the machine, and once out, it never went away for me. It went to 100x worse than before, my period then stopped, all of my symptoms became totally debilitating, I was fainting, got rashes, couldn't breathe properly, static skin, numbness, night sweats, my connective tissue became unstable... and I am still suffering.

Can this happen to MCAS patients?

It has taken me a year now post MRI, but my Dr is now considering mast cell stabiliser and h1 + possibly h2.
