Would you like to share your LDN story in our 20th-year celebratory book?

We are asking for submissions now,

We will edit the spelling and grammar and send a copy back to you for approval, along with a consent form for us to be able to include it in the book. We only use Patient's first names.

1/2 page is approx 170 words

1 page is approx 340 words

2 pages are approx 680 words

The Book will be in Print and eBook formats.
