Taking LDN for about a month with really bad effects in the beginning as tried to rush the increase in dosage. Carried on nonetheless but with more caution, now up to 1,5 mg and will increase slowly. Although it will not cure my COPD it has helped with coughing as now breath far more easily and rarely cough. Still get out of breath but not as bad as before. Hope this will improve in time especially with exercise.

SLEEP LIKE A LOG, and dream which is a newby for me.

Please keep us posted! I'm glad you're seeing improvements. My dad suffers with COPD. I know it's tough.

What were the bad effects you were having? I took one dose at 1.5mg and felt like I was crawling out of my skin for hours. Scared to take it again now. If your effects are gone, how long did it take?
