Dr. Michael A. Arata is Board Certified in Integrative Medicine with an office in Newport Beach, CA. He graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1994. He completed residency training at Duke University in 1999. In 2000 he returned to California after a fellowship at the Hospital for the University of Pennsylvania. While he enjoys specializing in Lifestyle Medicine, the majority of his patients have chronic illness, where he focuses on autonomic and cognitive issues. Immune dysregulation and chronic exposures are often an underlying problem that when addressed provides relief.
