Dr. Rajka is trained in functional medicine and specializes in nutrition. She realizes that most of our illnesses stem from inflammation throughout our systems. She herself has Hashimoto's and went gluten, dairy, and sugar free to heal herself. Much of our inflammation begins in the gut and can be corrected with good eating habits and life style changes. Dr. Rajka describes her 8 point list of triggers for that inflammation and how to alleviate them. She prescribes LDN as an adjunct to her other treatments with great results. This interview with Linda Elsegood is full of great advice and information.
