LDN with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)

I wonder if anyone has any experience with LDN and Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). The condition has no known cause and no known cure and many of the symptoms are Parkinsonian in nature. Some of the same drugs used in Parkinson's are used to help the symptoms of MSA.

We are thinking of trying LDN a for my wife who has this condition. MSA is a rare condition which the majority of doctors have never seen and most neuro specialists may only see a handful of cases in their entire careers. In two years my wife has moved from skiing, hashing (running after a sawdust trail!), hill walking to needing constant help to move around; a wheelchair when out of the house and to having slow and slurred speech.

If you or a colleague has any experience with LDN and MSA please post a reply. Many thanks.
