First day with this diet and feel like a fish out of water. Basically cut down carbs and eaten more fatty stuff. Is it usual to get a headache?

I did have a few of the symptoms mentioned right at the beginning, but they disappear quickly and then you start to feel great.
If you read my old posts, you'll see that I too floundered when I first started, but once you relax into the new regime, everything slots into place and is so simple

Hi Pilpala, my diets reduced carbs rather than strict low carb, but I get round the headache by eating low carb during the day then a bit more low gi carbs in the evening which is when I get the headache ☀️
I've avoided carbs today, had meatballs n cheese in subway for lunch, n being nnew years eve put buffet style food out so ate cheese n tomato melted together instead of pizza n sausage n cheese. But a few whiskeys as received good news. 😕
