iPhone app: search, PMs and design improvements

Dear all,

We are delighted to announce our iPhone app has a new version!

The improvements are based on the feedback we’ve been receiving from you, our dedicated users, over the last few months!

Improvements to Search

After much improvement to the website search, we had to make sure the functionality of the iOS app was following suit. Plus, we have resolved the issue that prevented you from being able to click on search results and some posts overlapping each other.

The accuracy of the search results will also now match that of the website. You should find the posts returned are much more relevant to the terms you’ve searched.

Improvements to Private Messaging

The big improvement to messaging is that you are now able to use the ‘Report’ function on unwanted private messages! All you need to do is hold down on the message you want to Report and the Report option will appear. We are so happy to see this finally live as it improves your safety while using HealthUnlocked.

Design improvements

With the introduction of new screen sizes on the recent iPhone, our app didn’t look it’s best! In this update we have made it compatible with the new screens. We have also changed the colours used on the app in order to improve accessibility for users.

Give the HealthUnlocked iPhone app a go!

Access healthunlocked.com on your iPhone and click on the App Store banner appear at the top of the page. Or just look for HealthUnlocked on the App Store.

Let us know if you have tried the iPhone app, what has been your experience so far?

Hi SusieJo, Thanks so much for your comment! Currently we are focusing all our resources to upgrade all pages and functionality on the communities area to our latest technology so they can be faster for you to access and easier for us to add more tools for you to use. After this process is over, there will be resources to start working on an Android app that will work for your LG phone!

I was told that the app updated itself a few days before we had to click on the link. It’s doing great!😀👍 I would like to suggest that we get to use the @ symbol like on the computer when you want to tag a person’s Username.
